• Users are solely responsible for all content they upload, post, transmit, or publish through the 4D Printing Advertising website (including text, images, and graphics).
• By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions, and that the content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
• You must not upload or distribute content that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, obscene, defamatory, harassing, or harmful.
• 4D Printing Advertising does not monitor user-generated content and makes no warranties regarding its legality or authenticity. All transactions and submissions are undertaken at the user’s own risk.
• We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove, restrict, or disable access to any content or user account that violates these terms or poses a legal risk.

By using 4D Printing Advertising, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company (including its owners, employees, and affiliates) against any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from:

1. Any designs, logos, or materials you provide that infringe on third-party rights.
2. Any unlawful, offensive, or harmful content you submit.
3. Any misuse of the Company’s website, services, or restricted systems.
4. Any negligent or wrongful act by you or anyone acting on your behalf.

All prices published on our website are stated in Pakistan Rupees (PKR). Production commences only after receipt of full payment.

By submitting an order, you confirm that all artwork, specifications, and files are final and approved for production. Once approved and sent to press, the order is final and binding.

Cancellation Policy:

• Within 4 Hours (of proof approval): Cancellation is subject to a charge of PKR 1,000 + 5% of the total order value (for administrative costs).
• After 24 Hours (of proof approval): Subject to management approval. If accepted, a 50% fee of the total order value will apply to compensate for allocated resources.
• Once physical production has commenced, cancellation requests will be refused.

To ensure the best printing results, all submitted files must meet our minimum technical standards:

Files that do not meet these standards may print blurry, pixelated, or with color variations. We cannot be held responsible for print issues caused by non-compliant files.

We reserve the right to refuse orders that contain unlawful, provocative, obscene, or illegal content. By uploading your files, you accept full responsibility for their content.

Proof Review: Customers must thoroughly review all proofs (text, spelling, layout, dyelines, and image placement). Turnaround time begins only after final proof approval. We are not liable for errors in approved files.

Color Accuracy: Due to inherent printing limitations, exact color matching between screen (RGB) and print (CMYK) cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for the final appearance of packaging involving lamination or specialty finishes. Reprints will not be issued for standard color variations.

Hard copy proofs are available upon request at an additional cost for customers requiring absolute color precision.

Cost Analysis (Quantity): We strive to deliver exact quantities and may include up to 5% extra at no cost. If fewer products are delivered, your order total will be adjusted accordingly to ensure fairness.

Changes to Website & Terms: We may update our website content, pricing, and these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of our website after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
