Return & Reprint Policy
At 4D Printing Advertising, we want every customer to be 100% satisfied with their order. Since all our products are custom-made to your specifications, our return procedures are handled uniquely.
General Guidelines
Due to the personalized nature of our products, items can only be returned with prior approval from our customer service team. Returns are accepted only in cases of printing errors or physical defects.
We do not accept returns for reasons other than production errors. While we do not offer cash refunds, discounts, or credits for custom orders, we will gladly reprint your original order if a mistake was made on our end or the product is deemed defective.
Non-Refundable Charges
Please note that charges for expedited processing, rush delivery, and shipping are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
How to Request a Reprint
If your order does not meet your specifications or is defective, you must contact our customer support team within a strict timeline to qualify for a reprint.
Report the Issue: Contact our support team within 3 business days of delivery.
Submit Digital Proof: Provide clear digital photos highlighting the defect via email.
Or Return the Item: Alternatively, return the original defective item at your own cost within 7 business days of delivery.
Management Review: Our management team will assess the proof to determine if the product qualifies for a free reprint.
What is NOT Covered
Because custom printing relies heavily on the files and instructions provided by the customer, our reprint policy does not cover the following user-generated errors:
Spelling & Grammar Errors
We are not responsible for typos, misspelled words, or grammatical errors that were present in the final artwork or proofs approved by the customer.
Low-Resolution Images
Pixelated, blurry, or low-quality prints resulting from the submission of low-resolution graphics or improperly formatted files are not eligible for a reprint.
Color Variations
Slight color differences between a digital screen (RGB) and the final printed product (CMYK) are standard in the printing industry and do not qualify as a defect.
Design Layout Issues
Errors such as text placed outside the safety margins, incorrect folding alignments, or missing bleed zones caused by customer-provided files are not covered.
Incorrect Selections
Repaints will not be issued if the customer accidentally ordered the wrong size, quantity, paper stock, or finishing options at checkout.
Delayed Reporting
Any claims made after the standard 3-business-day reporting window has expired will automatically be disqualified from our reprint program.
