Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at 4D Printing Advertising. The following terms and conditions outline our official procedures and delivery guidelines.

Order Processing & Turnaround

Order turnaround time begins only after all required steps are successfully completed. This represents the time required to process and prepare the order for shipment, not transit time.

  • Approval of all required proofs (digital or printed)
  • Confirmation that files are print-ready

Estimated Domestic Delivery

Once processing is complete, shipments are released to carriers. Each order is shipped to one delivery location. Additional charges apply for multiple locations.

Standard Delivery 10–12 Business Days
Rush Delivery 6–8 Business Days
Ground Shipping 2–3 Business Days

International Shipping

For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Note: Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and clearance requirements imposed by the destination country.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use reliable express carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery. Shipping costs are included in your order unless otherwise specified.

Our Partners: TCS, Leopards, FedEx, DHL, and UPS.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, actual transit times depend on carrier operations and external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Responsibility

Shipping and transit times are not guaranteed. 4D Printing Advertising is not liable for loss, damage, or delays that may occur during transit.

Claims & Missing Items

Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery. Claims for lost or damaged items must be reported within 6 business days from the shipment date (photos required).

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once order processing has begun. In case of operational delays, applicable rush charges may be adjusted accordingly.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping info at checkout. Additional costs for incorrect addresses (re-routing/reshipment) will be charged to the customer.

Force Majeure

4D Printing Advertising is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, or carrier service interruptions, weather, etc).

Timely Processing

Approvals received after the designated cutoff time will be processed on the next business day. Timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
